Choosing
Should you choose WordPress or a custom website?
WordPress suits a team that wants to edit content regularly. A custom Next.js website suits a business that wants fast pages, tight security and a design without template limits. It can still have an editor, though you should expect a developer to handle changes to the site’s structure. Think about who will update the site before choosing the technology.
A hosted builder such as Wix, Squarespace or Webflow suits a small site that you want to run on your own. You give up some control over code and speed, and moving away later can mean rebuilding. A headless setup gives you a custom front end and a separate editor for heavy content updates, with more parts to host and maintain.
We start with how your team works. Once we understand who edits content and how the site needs to change, we recommend WordPress or a custom Next.js build.
Local
What Mississauga businesses need from a website
The city’s industries include pharmaceuticals, electronics, aerospace and transportation equipment. If you sell specialist products or services in these fields, your sitemap and page structure need to make your offer clear, while the design and content editor give your team a way to present and update it.
Global and Canadian head offices are based here. For a corporate website handling enquiries, decide who receives each type of request and what the confirmation message says, so visitors know their message has been submitted.
City Centre is a central business district. If you run a consulting or accounting practice serving its businesses, service and partner pages give prospective clients somewhere to check your expertise and credentials before they call.
Rules
What your website needs to handle in Canada
For a private-sector site collecting personal information through a form, PIPEDA affects how that information is collected and used. We set up a notice alongside the form explaining what you collect and how you use it, with the wording based on your business’s practices.
If you plan to send commercial email, CASL affects the sign-up flow. We set up a consent request and an unsubscribe option, and provide space for sender identification and a current mailing address.
How it runs
How a website project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. Eastern Time moves closer to India during daylight saving time; the shared board keeps decisions and feedback visible as work moves between time zones.
- 01
Discover
Tell us who buys from you, why they choose you and what visitors should do on the site. We learn about your audience and goals, then agree the scope with you.
- 02
Plan the pages
We prepare wireframes before visual design. You review what belongs on each page and its order; colours come later.
- 03
Design and build
We refine desktop and mobile designs with your feedback before coding, then build the site and test it on real devices and browsers.
- 04
Launch
We set up your domain, email, analytics and Search Console. Your team gets a walkthrough, followed by ongoing support.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Gather what you have, and tell us what still needs work.
- Your logo in SVG, AI or EPS format, plus brand colours and fonts.
- A ranked list of the services or products you want to feature.
- Websites you like and dislike, with a short reason for each choice.
- Account details for your domain, hosting, email, analytics and Search Console, or the person who holds them.
- Photos of your team, premises and finished work.
- Case studies, permitted client logos, testimonials, certifications and memberships in one folder.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline
The scope determines how much design, build and testing work is needed.
Page templates
Distinct layouts take more design and build effort than pages that share a template.
Features
Booking, calculators, member logins, multiple languages and CRM connections add work to design, build and test.
Content
Copy and photos ready to publish keep the scope smaller; writing, photography or translation add to it.
Brand
An existing logo and style guide reduce design effort compared with deciding the logo, colours and typefaces during the project.

Questions
Asked by businesses in Mississauga
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to build a website?
There is no fixed price. A custom design needs a different scope from an adapted template, and gathering service descriptions, case studies and photos adds work if the content is not ready. Once the scope is agreed, ask us for a free quote.
Can you use our existing brand?
Yes. We build on your existing logo, colours and fonts, and prepare brand assets for the web where needed. Share the files your team already uses and tell us which assets still need attention, so the website design starts from the materials you have.
Will we own the website after launch?
Yes. You own the domain, content and code, with no lock-in. Hold your domain and hosting accounts in your business’s name and grant access to the people working on the site, so your team keeps control of those accounts.
What do we check before the site goes live?
Proofread every page and submit each form to confirm that its message reaches the right person. Search setup also needs a check: missing page titles, a missing sitemap or an indexing block left over from development can keep a new site out of search results.
What should we do after launch?
Give someone responsibility for keeping news, projects and job posts current. In analytics, track form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks as conversions, then check which pages those enquiries started from. That gives your team a practical way to review how people use the site.
