Clear terms, no surprises.

These terms apply to your use of this website and to any services you engage MSH Technologies (“we”, “us”) to provide. By using the site or accepting a proposal from us, you agree to them.

Each project is also governed by a written proposal or statement of work that sets out the scope, price and timeline. If a proposal and these terms conflict, the proposal wins for that project.

We design and build websites, web and mobile apps, AI agents and automation, and provide technical SEO and ongoing care. Every engagement starts with a scoping conversation, after which we send a fixed quote for a defined scope or a monthly plan for ongoing work.

Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before it starts. Small changes during a project are normal and included; we will tell you clearly if a request is large enough to affect the price or timeline.

To keep a project on track we rely on you to:

• Provide content, feedback, approvals and access to accounts within the agreed timeframes.
• Make sure you have the right to use any text, images, logos, data or software you give us.
• Nominate one person who can make decisions and sign off work on your behalf.
• Keep your own accounts, such as domain, hosting and payment providers, in good standing.

Delays in providing these may push the timeline back, and we will let you know when that happens.

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Fixed-scope projects are typically billed in milestones: a deposit to begin, further payments at agreed stages, and a final balance before launch or handover.
• Monthly plans are billed in advance at the start of each period.
• Invoices are due within 7 days unless the proposal says otherwise.
• Third-party costs such as domains, hosting, licences, API usage and app store fees are paid by you directly or passed through at cost.

If an invoice is overdue we may pause work until it is settled. If a project is paused at your request for more than 30 days, the outstanding balance for completed work becomes due and the project may be closed and handed over as-is. Our refund policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

When we deliver a milestone we ask you to review it and raise any issues within 7 days. If we hear nothing in that time, or the work is put into use, the milestone is treated as accepted. We fix any defects in accepted work that are reported during the support period at no cost.

Once the final invoice for a project is paid, you own the deliverables: the design, the code we wrote for you and the content. Your domain, hosting and other accounts are registered in your name from the start, so there is no lock-in.

Some parts of a project are not exclusively yours: open-source software, third-party libraries, platforms and templates remain subject to their own licences, and we keep the right to reuse general techniques, know-how and non-client-specific code across projects.

Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio and name you as a client.

Projects often depend on third-party services such as hosting, CMS platforms, payment gateways, email providers and AI model APIs. We select them carefully and set them up for you, but they are provided under their own terms and we are not responsible for their availability, pricing changes or outages.

AI features can produce output that is inaccurate or unexpected. We design, test and add safeguards, but you are responsible for reviewing AI output used in your business and for how it is presented to your own customers.

Every project includes a handover and a support period for fixing defects, as set out in the proposal. Ongoing hosting, updates, backups, monitoring and content changes are available on a monthly care plan. Either side can end a monthly plan with 30 days’ written notice, and we will hand over everything needed for you or another provider to continue.

We will carry out our work with reasonable skill and care, and deliver what the proposal describes. Beyond that, services are provided as-is and we do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, traffic, conversions or revenue.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, data or goodwill, and our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We keep your business information, plans and credentials confidential and use them only to deliver the work. We expect the same of you regarding our pricing, methods and unreleased work. This obligation survives the end of the project. How we handle personal data is covered by our privacy policy.

The content of this website, including text, designs, images and code, belongs to MSH Technologies or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Work shown in our portfolio belongs to the respective clients. Please do not use the site in a way that interferes with its operation or attempts to gain unauthorised access to it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. We will always try to resolve any disagreement through a conversation first.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Projects already under way continue on the terms that applied when the proposal was accepted.
