Choosing
Should you build a cross-platform app or go native?
We usually use React Native for apps that need to reach both iOS and Android. It uses one codebase and renders each platform’s own interface components. Web developers can contribute, and some logic can be shared with a React website. Where a feature needs platform-specific work, we use native modules. This gives you shared code without ruling out access to device features.
Native development fits an app that depends on deep device features, heavy graphics, complex background work or new platform features at launch. The trade-off is two codebases to build and maintain. Flutter is another cross-platform choice: it draws its own interface, which suits a heavily branded design, but your team needs to be ready to work in Dart.
A progressive web app is worth considering for a staff tool. It skips store review, though it needs packaging to appear in app stores, and on iPhone it can request notification permission only after being added to the Home Screen. We learn about your users and goals before agreeing the scope, so the choice starts with what the product needs to do.
Local
What Jubilee Hills organisations need from an app
Jubilee Hills has hospitals, and an appointment-based service there needs more than a booking screen. Patients need a way to book and receive reminders; staff need a view of the day’s schedule, with payments accounted for in the flow.
The neighbourhood is also home to a university and a health association. For an organisation whose users already return to a web platform frequently, an app can reuse the same accounts, data and backend, giving people access on their phones without creating a separate set of records.
Small IT startups in Jubilee Hills may be preparing a consumer or marketplace product. Alongside coverage in both stores and analytics showing whether users return, staff need an admin panel to look up customers and deal with refunds or abusive accounts without calling a developer.
Rules
What an app project in India needs to handle
Payment design depends on what you sell. Apple requires in-app purchase for digital content, features and subscriptions used in the app; physical goods and services used outside it need another payment method. For a physical-goods or services checkout, we set up a payment gateway and UPI, a mobile payment system used in India. A non-bank provider aggregating customer payments for merchants must be authorised; Razorpay and Cashfree Payments have received authorisation.
How it runs
How a mobile app project runs with us
We work remotely from India, using video calls, WhatsApp and a shared project board. You can give feedback as the work progresses.

Discover
Tell us about your business, audience and goals. We agree the scope with you, including what needs to be ready for launch.
- 02
Design
We prepare screens for iOS and Android and refine them with your feedback before code is written. You can check the flows at this stage.
- 03
Test
During development, you receive test builds on your own phone through TestFlight on iPhone or Google Play’s internal or closed testing tracks. Your feedback comes from using the app.
- 04
Prepare for review
If your app has a login, we need a working demo account and a live backend for Apple’s submission. Leave room in the launch plan for a fix and resubmission.
- 05
Release
We handle the store listings, submission and review under your own developer accounts. You retain those accounts for the product.

- Google Play testingIdentify testers if you have a new personal account that needs a closed test before production.
- Privacy policyPrepare a policy that reflects what the app collects for the listing and the app itself.
- Deletion requestsPlan an in-app deletion path and a web request link for Google Play.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline of app development
A repackaged website risks store rejection, so define what people will use the app to do.
User roles
Customers, drivers and staff each need their own screens and permissions, even with a shared backend.
Offline work
Showing previously loaded data takes less work than allowing edits offline and resolving conflicts when records sync.
User-generated content
Filtering, reporting, blocking and publishing contact details add moderation work to the build.
Analytics and advertising tools
Adding an SDK late means checking the data it collects and updating the store’s privacy answers.
Questions
Asked by businesses in Jubilee Hills
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to develop an app?
There is no fixed price. A documented existing backend changes the scope compared with building a backend and admin panel from scratch. Live tracking or chat also adds persistent connections and backend work. We agree the scope with you before setting out the work.
How do I choose an app development company?
Ask how the team will handle both the customer-facing app and the systems behind it. If you already have a website, ask about sharing accounts and data across it, the app and your admin tools. We build a shared backend for those uses, so you have one place for customer data.
What does a push notification setup include?
It includes the sending service, rules for who receives each message and when, and settings where users can switch off categories they do not want. We set up targeted notifications. Ask for permission when the benefit is clear, such as after an order; on newer Android versions, notifications stay off until the user allows them.
Who owns the app and its accounts?
You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. Keep the developer accounts, signing access and code repository in your business’s name too. Accounts or repositories held in a freelancer’s or agency’s name can make the app harder to move later.
What support does the app need after launch?
Plan for bug fixes, operating-system updates and new features. Google Play also requires apps and updates to target a recent Android API level, so maintenance releases need a place in your plans. Some JavaScript and content fixes can go out over the air; native code changes and new permissions still need a store release.
