Choosing
Should you choose WordPress, a custom site or a hosted builder?
WordPress suits a team that publishes often and wants to edit most of the site itself. Its choice of plugins gives you options for extending the site, while regular updates become part of keeping it secure. Think about who will take responsibility for those updates as well as who will publish content.
A custom-coded Next.js site suits you if you want fast pages, tight security and a design without template limits. A developer will generally handle structural changes. A hosted builder such as Wix, Squarespace or Webflow suits a small site that an owner wants to manage alone, though you have less control over code and speed, and moving away later can mean rebuilding.
We recommend WordPress or a custom Next.js build after learning how your team works. Your publishing habits and the changes you expect to make give us a practical basis for that choice.
Local
What Dubai businesses need from their websites
Dubai’s economy includes real estate, so a firm presenting property or related project work needs pages that give prospective clients something concrete to assess. A portfolio with photographs and project details helps visitors see the work before making contact.
Financial services organisations around the Dubai International Financial Centre need clear routes to their expertise. A professional services firm can give each service and partner a page, so a prospective client can check credentials before calling.
Technology and media businesses in Dubai Internet City and Dubai Media City also need to explain what they offer. For a startup launching a product, a plain product description and a way to join a waitlist or book a demo give visitors a useful next step.
Rules
What a UAE website project needs to handle
A contact form collects personal data. UAE data protection rules require consent for processing except in listed cases and set requirements for cross-border transfers. We set up the form with a consent option where the project needs it, and agree where submissions will go before connecting the form.
Arabic is the official language, while English and other languages are widely used. If your audience needs Arabic and English pages, we plan the page designs for both versions and make the language choice clear in the navigation.
How it runs
How your website project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. India time is 1h30m ahead, so we use the shared board to keep feedback and decisions visible between conversations.
- 01
Discovery
Tell us who buys from you, why they choose you and what you want visitors to do. We learn about your business and audience, then agree the scope with you; those answers shape the sitemap.
- 02
Design
We prepare the sitemap, wireframes and page designs for desktop and mobile. You review them and give feedback before the designs are refined.
- 03
Build
We develop the site in clean code or a content management system your team can edit. We test it on real devices and browsers.
- 04
Review
You proofread each page, submit each form and confirm who receives its messages. This gives your team a chance to catch small errors before visitors see them.
- 05
Launch
We set up the domain, email, analytics and Search Console, then walk your team through the site.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
A little preparation gives us a clearer picture of what the site needs to do.
- Brand filesYour logo in SVG, AI or EPS, plus your colours and fonts, or a note that these still need creating.
- Website examplesSites you like and dislike, with a short reason for each choice.
- Account accessDomain, hosting, email, analytics and Search Console logins, or the name of the person who holds them.
- Proof of workCase studies, permitted client logos, testimonials, certifications and memberships collected in a folder.
- PrioritiesBring the services and products you want featured, ordered by their importance to your business.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timing of your website
Copy and photos supplied ready to publish keep the scope smaller; adding writing, photography or translation makes it larger.
Page templates
Distinct layouts add design and build work, while pages using the same template share that work.
Extra features
Booking, calculators, member logins, several languages or a CRM connection each add design, build and testing work.
Existing content
Moving blog posts, news archives and downloadable files from an old site adds migration and checking work.
Content responsibilities
Decide early who will gather service descriptions, team biographies, case studies and photos. Gathering them usually takes longer than approving the design.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid when building your website
Picking the platform too early
First decide who will update the site and how often; use those editing needs to guide the choice.
Reviewing only on a large screen
Check every page on a phone too, including the text, navigation and contact options.
Leaving search setup until launch
Check page titles, the sitemap and any indexing block before the site goes live.
Putting accounts in an agency’s name
Hold the domain and hosting accounts in your business name and grant access to the people doing the work.

Questions
Asked by businesses in Dubai
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to build a website?
There is no fixed price. The scope of the pages, the need for a tailored design and the work involved in gathering photographs all affect what is involved. Real photos of your team, premises and finished work need planning, including booking a photo shoot. Once we agree the scope, ask us for a quote.
Is a website still worth building for my business?
A useful website gives visitors clear service information and a way to enquire. Keep the structure manageable: copying every page from an old site or a competitor can leave you with more to maintain. After launch, track form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks in analytics and check which pages visitors started from.
Can you use our existing brand for the website?
Yes. We build on your existing logo, colours and fonts, and prepare brand assets for the web where needed. Bring the files you already use, and tell us which parts of your identity should carry through to the site. That gives the page designs a consistent starting point.
What is included in the website build?
The build includes an editor for pages, news, projects and careers, along with search-ready page setup. We add metadata, structured data and sitemaps, with fast load times across the pages. We also agree what a form confirmation should say and who receives quote requests, so enquiries have a clear destination.
Will we own the website when it is finished?
Yes. You own the domain, the content and the code, with no lock-in. That ownership lets your business retain control of the site and its material after handover. Keep your account details available to the people in your team who will manage the website.
What happens after the website launches?
We provide ongoing support after launch. Your team should also decide who will update news, projects and job posts, so those sections reflect the current business. Give that person responsibility for checking what needs changing and publishing new material as your work develops.
