What you get

What’s included in website redesign

  • Site audit

A review of content, structure, speed and search performance before anything changes.

  • Fresh design

A modern look built on your brand and designed mobile-first.

  • Platform migration

WordPress, Wix, Webflow or legacy sites moved to Next.js or a clean WordPress build.

  • Content transfer

Pages, posts, media and metadata carried across and tidied up.

  • Redirect mapping

Every old URL mapped to its new home, so links and rankings carry over.

  • Post-launch checks

Search Console and analytics reviewed after launch to catch issues early.

Tools we use: Next.js, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, Google Search Console.

Choosing

Should you refresh the design or rebuild the site?

A visual refresh suits you when the content and structure still work. We keep the existing platform and update the design, with less search risk than a rebuild because the page addresses stay the same. Keeping those addresses also removes much of the redirect work. Changing them is worth considering when the current paths are confusing or contain dates, IDs and duplicates.

A full rebuild makes sense when your content no longer matches your business. It gives you room to reorganise the site, but changing many page addresses means planning a complete set of redirects. You will also need to decide which existing pages belong in the new structure, so the work reaches beyond choosing a new look.

A platform move fits a site held back by speed, plugins or limits on editing. We can move from a site builder or an old WordPress installation to a custom build or a clean WordPress setup. The choice is about which parts need to change: the appearance, the structure, the platform or a combination. We help you focus the scope on those changes.

Market

What website visitors in Kuwait need

An established company may need its site to reflect the services and clients it has today while retaining the search traffic its existing pages have earned. After a rebrand or name change, the identity needs to be applied across the site, with care around any domain change. We design for mobile first, using your brand as the basis for the new pages.

Arabic is the official language, and English is widely used in business. Your redesign can provide pages in both languages; for documents presented in several languages, keep the Arabic version ready for review, as it is generally the legally binding text.

Rules

What a Kuwait redesign has to handle

If you are a CITRA-licensed service provider, the applicable privacy regulation requires explicit user consent before personal data is collected, with terms available in Arabic and English. We set up the relevant consent request on your forms and make the terms available in both languages. Review the information each form asks for as part of the redesign, so the consent request sits alongside the collection it covers.

How it runs

How a website redesign project runs with us

We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. India is 2h30m ahead, so the shared board gives you a place to review work and leave feedback between conversations.

  1. 01

    Review

We examine your content, structure, speed and search performance before making changes. The audit lists existing URLs alongside their traffic, links and search queries, so you can see which pages need particular care.

  2. 02

    Discover and design

We learn about your business, audience and goals, agree the scope with you, then prepare desktop and mobile designs. You review and refine those designs with us before coding begins.

  3. 03

    Plan the move

We mark old pages to keep, rewrite, merge or delete and use that inventory for the sitemap and redirect plan. You review the inventory and redirect map, including pages customers still use.

  4. 04

    Launch

We point the domain, apply redirects and submit the new sitemap in Search Console, then test forms, tracking and a sample of old URLs. We also check items beyond pages, including PDFs, form connections and the DNS records that keep company email working.

Checklist

What to have ready before we talk

Gather these details so we can review the current site and plan the move with you.

  • Access to the site, hosting, domain registrar and DNS, so content and settings can be exported and the switch planned.
  • Search Console and analytics access, with as much history as possible, to identify pages that bring visitors.
  • A list of what works and what frustrates staff or customers, such as pages that are hard to edit or enquiries that go missing.
  • Page addresses used on brochures, packaging, QR codes, campaigns or email signatures.
  • A decision on material to retire, such as discontinued services, old news or profiles of people who have left.

Cost & time

What affects the cost and timeline of website redesign

The scope of the move determines how much preparation, rebuilding and checking the work needs.

  • URLs

A site with a long archive of posts, news or products has more addresses to review, migrate and redirect.

  • Content clean-up

Moving pages as they are takes less work than rewriting, merging and reorganising them.

  • Platform change

A new design on the current platform takes less work than moving content between systems with different structures.

  • Source content

Page-builder layouts, embedded shortcodes and hand-formatted posts need extra attention to move cleanly.

Avoid

Mistakes to avoid with website redesign

  • Sending every old address to the home page

Map each old URL to its relevant new equivalent instead, so visitors following an old link have a useful destination.

  • Leaving the development site open to search or the new site set to noindex: Check both settings at launch to avoid blocking or duplicating pages in search results.

  • Forgetting tracking

Move analytics, ad conversion tags and call tracking to the new templates, so you retain the data used to assess the redesign.

  • Changing everything at once

Limit changes to what the site needs. If traffic dips after a simultaneous design, platform, URL and copy change, it is harder to identify the cause.

Questions

Asked by businesses in Kuwait

Page updated 5 November 2026

How much does a website redesign cost?

There is no fixed price: the scope decides the cost. Rebuilding a member area, booking system, calculator or complex form adds work, as does moving to a different platform. A site that needs duplicate pages merged and a clearer menu also needs structural planning. We can discuss a quote once the scope is agreed.

Will changing page addresses affect our search visibility?

Changing addresses needs a redirect plan and monitoring; no redesign can promise a particular search position. We map old URLs to their new homes and retain metadata. For permanent moves, a 301 or 308 redirect signals the new address to search engines. Keep redirects in place for as long as possible.

Can we keep our content and leave the old site live?

Yes. We transfer your pages, posts, media and metadata, and suggest where existing content could be shortened or improved. The old site stays live while we build on a private preview link. You can review the new site there, and we switch over only when you approve.

Should we change our domain during the redesign?

Change it only when the business needs a new domain. A domain move adds a separate migration to the redesign, so it needs its own planning. For a move to a new domain, Google provides a Change of Address tool in Search Console; that tool is not needed when only page paths change.

Who owns the redesigned website?

You own your domain, content and code, with no lock-in. That gives you control over the assets of the site after the work is complete. Ask us to identify the domain, content and code included in the agreed scope, so ownership is clear as the redesign is planned.

What happens after the redesigned site goes live?

We review Search Console and analytics after launch to catch issues early. Watch for crawl errors and missing old URLs, and add any redirects that were missed. Compare enquiries, traffic and rankings for key pages with the period before launch; search rankings can fluctuate while a site move is processed.
