Choosing
Should you choose a menu bot, an AI agent or a mix?
Start with the requests you receive. A menu-and-button bot suits a small set of predictable questions and gives you a straightforward way to check its responses. Its limit is equally clear: someone whose question falls outside the menu can get frustrated. A hybrid gives customers buttons for structured tasks such as booking or order status, while AI handles free-text questions and a person supports both routes.
An answer-only agent is a lower-risk place to start. If you want it to change records, issue refunds or take payments, plan for tighter permissions, confirmation steps and more testing before those actions are available. Decide which actions your staff are comfortable handing over, and which should stay with a person.
A hosted chatbot platform includes an inbox and analytics and takes less setup work. A custom build gives you more control over data, integrations and behaviour, with more to build and maintain. We help you choose by looking at the conversations and actions you want to cover, alongside the control you need.
Market
What might your customers in Kuwait expect?
If you run a clinic or salon, customers may need answers and appointment bookings outside opening hours. Property, travel and hospitality enquiries can also arrive at night or at weekends, when a reply left until morning can mean a lost lead. Choose the questions and booking tasks your agent should handle when staff are away, and tell customers what happens when they need a person.
English is widely used in the business community. Prepare approved Arabic and English answers where your customers need both, and identify the authoritative Arabic wording where a document exists in several languages. For an internal assistant, gather the policies and manuals staff need to search, with access limited by their permissions.
Rules
What does an agent project in Kuwait need to handle?
If you are a CITRA-licensed service provider, the applicable data privacy regulation changes the conversation flow. We set up a request for explicit consent before the agent collects personal data, with consent terms available in Arabic and English. We also agree what customer data reaches the AI provider, how long conversation logs are kept and who can read them. Those decisions belong in the build before customers start using the agent.
How it runs
How an agent project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 2h30m ahead, so we use the shared board to keep decisions and feedback visible across the time difference.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. Bring the questions you want answered and the tasks you want the agent to handle.
- 02
Build
We connect the approved sources and write the agent’s instructions and limits. You review draft answers for accuracy and tone before anyone outside your organisation sees them.
- 03
Test
We use a fixed set of real questions with agreed correct answers. Your staff mark wrong, incomplete or risky replies, and we retest each fix against the full set.
- 04
Launch in a limited scope
We start with a contained audience, channel or topic so you can see how the agent behaves. Coverage widens as the quality holds.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
A few working materials will make the scope discussion more useful.
- Real questionsCollect common enquiries and the answers staff currently give in emails, chats and call notes.
- Approved sourcesGather FAQs, policies, price lists and manuals, with an owner responsible for keeping each current.
- Handover routeDecide who receives escalations, when they are available and what customers hear when nobody is available.
- Excluded topicsList subjects the agent must not handle and what it should say instead.
- Data rulesNote what may go to an outside AI provider, who may read logs and how long they may be kept.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline?
The work depends on the material, connections and controls your agent needs.
Source documents
Scattered, outdated or scanned material needs more preparation than a current, organised knowledge base.
System connections
Each connected system adds work, especially where there is no documented API and a workaround is needed.
Accuracy requirements
High-stakes or regulated topics need larger test sets, more review and tighter limits on answers.
Action controls
Giving a tool access to records calls for limits on what it can do and a log of each action, adding to the work.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid before launch
Conflicting sources
The agent repeats what it is given. Clean up competing versions of policies before connecting them, so staff and customers do not receive different answers.
An unsettled process
If staff disagree on how bookings or refunds work, settle the process first. Automating the disagreement spreads the confusion.
No evaluation set
Keep a fixed list of questions and expected answers. Without it, you cannot tell whether a change to a prompt or model improved the agent.
A hidden route to staff
Give customers a clear way to reach a person in every conversation, instead of leaving them stuck in a bot loop.

What companies develop AI chatbots?
We develop AI agents and chatbots using tools that include OpenAI, Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini. Our stack also includes vector databases, the WhatsApp Business API and Python. An agent can run on your website, WhatsApp, Slack, Microsoft Teams or inside your app, so the choice starts with where your users already ask for help.
How much does an AI agent cost?
There is no fixed price for every agent. The scope changes with the actions you want, such as booking appointments or updating records, and the testing needed to set limits on those actions. Conversation volume and model choice also affect ongoing provider charges separately from the build. Once we agree the scope, we can discuss a quote.
Should we build a customer-facing agent or an internal assistant?
Choose the audience whose questions you want to solve first. A customer-facing agent needs tight limits on its topics and tone because it speaks directly to customers. An internal assistant needs permission checks, so a staff member can only see documents they are allowed to access. Those requirements lead to different build and review decisions.
How do you stop the agent from guessing?
We ground answers in your own content and set clear limits, so the agent says it does not know when an answer is missing. We also test it against real questions. Give us the answers your staff consider correct, and we can check the agent’s replies against those before it is opened to your users.
Can an assistant answer questions from our internal documents?
Yes. We build internal knowledge assistants that let your team ask questions across policies, manuals and other documents. We use AI providers that do not train on your data and limit the agent’s access to what it needs. You can choose which documents are available to the assistant as part of its scope.
What happens after the agent launches?
We provide usage insights showing what people ask, what gets resolved and where to improve. Review a sample of conversations regularly, especially unanswered questions and handovers, to find gaps in your content. After changes to prompts, documents or the model version, rerun the evaluation set; a fix in one area can affect another.
