Choosing
Should you choose an audit or ongoing SEO?
Choose a one-off audit and fix project when your site has clear technical problems and you have an in-house team ready to carry the work forward. You get a defined set of issues to address, then your team takes responsibility for further changes. An ongoing engagement fits when you need new content, local SEO work and regular reporting as well as fixes.
Your existing platform affects the choice. If it prevents you from editing page titles, adding structured data or fixing slow templates, rebuilding the site can take less effort than repeatedly working around those limits. Paid search is a separate option: it gives you visibility while the budget runs, and campaign search terms can help identify topics to target through SEO.
Ask any provider what they will change, why they recommend it and how they will measure success. Be cautious if their methods are secretive or they promise first place in search results. With us, the choice starts with learning about your business, audience and goals; we then agree the scope with you before design and build work begins.
Market
What buyers in Singapore expect
A person choosing a local service needs to see what you do and where you work. Trades, clinics, salons and repair firms need a complete Google Business Profile, genuine reviews and a clear page for each service. Professional firms face a different research process: prospective clients look for named people, relevant expertise and evidence of past work before they call.
For an online store, category pages need a clear structure, product copy needs to be original, and product data needs to be complete. Filter URLs need control too. If traffic fell after a redesign or migration, the immediate task is to trace lost pages, redirects and internal links before deciding what further content the site needs.
How it runs
How an SEO services project runs with us
We are a studio in India and work with you remotely through video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 2h30m behind Singapore time; the shared board keeps decisions and tasks visible across that difference.
- 01
Access
Add us to Search Console with read access for the audit. Hold back write access at this stage, so we can inspect the site before changes are agreed.
- 02
Baseline
We record organic traffic, enquiries, indexed pages and the searches your site already appears for. This gives you a point of comparison before the work starts.
- 03
Local work
We set up the Google Business Profile, citations and location pages for the places you serve. Your description of the areas you actually cover helps keep that work relevant.
- 04
Visibility checks
We use Search Console’s Performance report to look at clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by query and page. You can see which pages and searches are changing.
- 05
Reporting
We report on rankings, traffic and enquiries each month using Search Console and analytics. Bring questions about the enquiries you receive, so the discussion stays connected to your business.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Gather the following details so we can understand the site and the work already done.
- AccessSearch Console, analytics, website admin and DNS details, while keeping your business as owner. Search Console lets you add people as full or restricted users.
- Service areas and wordingThe places you actually serve and the words customers use when asking for your services.
- EvidenceProject photos, case studies, customer reviews, credentials, memberships and short bios that pages can draw on.
- Site historyPrevious providers, bought links, domains, redesigns and migrations, their dates, and any traffic drops you noticed.
- Enquiry routesHow people reach you by form, phone, WhatsApp or walk-in, and whether someone records where each lead came from.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and time needed for SEO services
The scope grows or shrinks with the work needed on your site.
Audit findings
We order the issues holding your site back by impact, so you can see what needs attention before deciding the scope of fixes.
Technical work
Speed, indexing, redirects and crawl problems need changes in the site’s code, alongside content and local work.
Content production
Improving existing pages is lighter work than planning and producing a new set of service pages and guides. Who writes them also affects the scope.
Past problems
Bought links, thin pages, hacked content or a manual action can require clean-up before growth work can start.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with SEO services
Buying links
Avoid paid links intended to influence rankings and link schemes. Google treats buying or selling links for ranking purposes as link spam.
Copying location pages
Do not publish near-identical pages that only swap the place name and funnel visitors to the same destination. Give each location page a genuine purpose.
Publishing pages at scale without value
Avoid using AI tools to produce large numbers of pages that add nothing for readers. Google lists this as scaled content abuse.
Steering reviews
Ask for genuine reviews without gifts or discounts, and do not select only happy customers. Google’s policies prohibit incentives and selective requests for positive reviews.

What does an SEO company do?
An SEO company helps you improve the pages and signals that support visibility in search. We plan guides and service pages around what your buyers search for, and look for relevant mentions through supplier or partner pages, trade associations, press coverage, sponsorships and useful resources. Relevant mentions are more useful than unrelated directory listings.
How much does an SEO company cost?
There is no fixed price. The size and technical health of your site affect how much needs fixing: duplicate pages, slow templates and indexing errors add work. The number and strength of businesses competing for the same searches also shape the content and reputation-building needed. Agree the scope before comparing proposals.
Do I need a separate AI-search package?
Ask what the package adds before buying it. Google says no special markup, AI text files or extra optimisation is needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. A proposal should explain the actual work you would receive, so you can judge it against the rest of your search plan.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
Your business should own the profile and add your SEO provider as a manager. A manager can edit the profile, but cannot add or remove users or delete it. That gives the provider room to work on the listing while you retain control over access and the profile itself.
How should I judge SEO results?
Look at enquiries and sales from organic search, with rankings and traffic as supporting signs. A report limited to hand-picked keyword rankings can hide what is happening elsewhere. Ask for a view that connects search activity to the outcomes your business wants to track, not only a list of positions.
What should I expect after SEO changes are made?
Expect gradual change, shaped by competition, your content and the site’s history. No provider can promise a top ranking, so treat a promised position as a warning sign. Keep an eye on Search Console as well: it can show indexing errors, manual actions, security issues and sudden drops in clicks.
