  • White-label delivery

Websites and apps built for your clients under your agency's name.

  • Dedicated developers

Developers who work your hours overlap, in your tools and stand-ups.

Fixed-scope projects delivered end to end with weekly demos.

  • Communication

One project lead, written updates and a call at an agreed overlap time.

Tools we use: Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress, Shopify.

Choosing

Should you choose a fixed-scope project or dedicated developers?

Choose a fixed-scope project when you can describe the build clearly, the requirements are stable and you know how you will accept the finished work. That gives both sides a defined target. You will still need to review the result against the agreed criteria, and a new requirement introduced during the build goes through a change request.

Choose dedicated developers or a team when you have ongoing work and priorities that shift. You direct the work, so you retain flexibility over what happens next, but you also need time to set priorities and manage the people working with you. This arrangement suits a backlog where the next item is less predictable than the work already underway.

We help you make the choice by learning about your business, audience and goals before agreeing the scope with you. Bring the work you have in mind and the decisions you expect to make along the way; the discussion can identify what is already defined and what needs more thought before delivery starts.

Rules

Handling personal data in a Singapore outsourcing project

When project work involves transferring personal data to an overseas processing team, Singapore’s transfer requirements affect the contract and the access you give us. We agree the contract terms for the transfer with you, including the countries and territories involved and a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

Identify the personal data involved before access is handed over. That lets you address the transfer in the working arrangements for the build, instead of discovering after development has started that the team needs access to data you had not accounted for.

How it runs

How an outsourcing project runs with us

We work remotely through video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 2h30m behind Singapore, so we agree an overlap for discussion and use written progress notes, blockers and open questions to keep work moving between calls.

  1. 01

    Pilot

Start with a small paid feature or landing page if you want to test the relationship. You can review communication, code quality and timekeeping before committing a larger piece of work.

  2. 02

    Kick-off

We agree the tools, overlap hours, update format, escalation contacts and definition of done in writing. You identify the people who need to take decisions or resolve blockers.

  3. 03

    Delivery

We assign a project lead, send written updates and arrange a call at the agreed overlap. For a fixed-scope project, we handle delivery end to end and demonstrate the work.

  4. 04

    Review

You check the work on a staging site against the acceptance criteria. Send feedback as tickets with screenshots or screen recordings so the item and the expected change are clear.

  5. 05

    Handover

We transfer the code, credentials, documentation and deployment steps. Your team or another team then has the material needed to carry the work forward.

Checklist

What to have ready before we talk

Bring the following information so we can discuss the work and the decisions it needs.

  • BriefDescribe your goals, users, must-have features, examples you like and anything outside the scope.
  • Client requirementsGather the end client’s requirements, approval steps and any terms covering subcontracting, confidentiality or data.
  • AcceptanceNote how each finished item will be checked, which browsers and devices to use, and who signs it off.
  • AccessPlan an account for each person, the least permissions they need, two-factor sign-in and access removal when they leave.
  • ContractIdentify the terms you need for confidentiality, intellectual property and the return of code and access when work ends.

Cost & time

What affects the cost and delivery effort

The estimate depends on the work to be delivered and the people and checks it needs.

  • Defined work

A stable build with a clear acceptance test is suited to a fixed scope; changes introduced during delivery need a change request.

  • Skills

The mix of design, front-end, back-end and mobile work affects the people needed, as do their seniority and the size of the team.

  • Existing systems

Integrations and the condition of code handed over by another team affect how much work is involved in taking the build forward.

  • Quality checks

Test coverage, accessibility and performance targets, plus the browsers and devices you support, determine what must be checked before acceptance.

Avoid

Mistakes to avoid when outsourcing development

  • Unclear subcontracting

Ask who will do the work and whether it will be passed to third parties. Put the answer in the contract so you know who is involved.

  • No overlap

Agree a regular window when both sides are available. Without it, an unanswered question can hold up work while the teams wait for each other.

  • Vendor-controlled accounts

Keep repositories, hosting and domains in your own accounts. That keeps ownership and access clear when the engagement ends.

  • Late warnings

Agree that blockers and slips are reported as soon as they are known. Early notice gives you a chance to deal with them before they become surprises.

Questions

Asked by businesses in Singapore

Page updated 5 November 2026

What is white-label web development?

White-label development is work delivered under your agency’s brand. We follow your project templates, coding standards and client-facing tone, and, where agreed, use your email domain or ticketing tools. Agree those conventions at the outset so the people building the site know how your agency wants the work presented and managed.

How much does white-label development cost?

There is no fixed price. The main drivers include how clearly the work is specified and the total effort needed for delivery and management. Poor estimates and rework can make a low rate more expensive overall. For open-ended work, agree a discovery phase or time-based billing before treating the scope as settled.

Is outsourcing IT work a good choice?

It can be a useful choice when you have a defined piece of work or need ongoing capacity outside your team. An established business might need developers for a backlog; a software company might want an outside team to own an app, integration or admin area. Agree the scope, standards and communication rules before work starts.

Should I hire developers or a managed team?

Choose developers working inside your team when you have a technical lead who can direct them. A managed team with its own lead suits you when you want less delivery management on your side. A single project also lets you test the relationship before deciding whether an ongoing arrangement is useful.

Who owns the code and project access?

You own your code, domain and content, with no lock-in. We cover confidentiality, code ownership and the handover of access in the engagement. Before work starts, discuss which access you need to receive and who on your side will take responsibility for it when the delivery is handed over.

What support is available after launch?

We set up domain, email, analytics and search at launch, followed by ongoing support. Agree who will fix bugs found after launch, how quickly they will be answered, and who handles hosting, updates and monitoring. After a project, review code quality, estimates and communication before deciding how to continue.
