Choosing
Should you build a cross-platform or native app?
A cross-platform app is a practical fit when your main tasks involve accounts, forms, bookings, payments or content. We usually use React Native, which shares a codebase across iOS and Android while using each platform’s interface components. Web developers can contribute, and some logic can also be shared with a React website.
Flutter is another cross-platform option. It suits a heavily branded interface when your team is willing to work in Dart and wants screens to look identical across platforms. Native development suits deep device features, heavy graphics or complex background work, but leaves you with separate codebases to build and maintain.
A progressive web app is worth considering for a staff tool: it avoids store review, though it needs packaging to appear in app stores. On iPhone, it can ask to send notifications only after being added to the Home Screen. We choose native development when the device features your app needs call for it.

What Jaipur businesses need from an app
Jaipur’s jewellery and luxury textile businesses include shops that may want to make repeat ordering easier. A customer app can give returning buyers a quick checkout, saved payment details and loyalty features, without asking them to start their purchase from scratch each time.
For arts and crafts businesses in Jaipur that already have an active web platform, an app can use the same customer accounts and data. We build a shared backend for the website, app and admin tools, giving staff one place to work with that information.
Software and IT companies in Jaipur’s Mahindra World City may be building tools for delivery, maintenance or inspection teams. Those users need job forms that work offline, with photos, signatures and location details that sync back to the office when a signal returns.
Rules
What an app project in India has to handle
For customer-to-merchant payments, UPI is an option to discuss when planning checkout. We set up the payment gateway and test the integration and its failure handling. If your business aggregates customer payments for merchants, non-bank online payment aggregators must be authorised by the RBI; Razorpay and Cashfree Payments have received authorisation. Tell us who collects the payment and who receives it so we can scope the checkout around the arrangement you use.
How it runs
How an app project runs with us
We are a web, app and AI studio in India. We work with you remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. Bring the main task you want people to complete and the systems the app needs to work with.
- 02
Design
We prepare iOS and Android screens and refine them with your feedback before writing code. Review the flows with the people who will use or manage the app.
- 03
Try the prototype
Put the clickable screens in front of a few customers or staff. Their feedback helps you change a screen before it is built, when changes are cheaper.
- 04
Build and test
We send test builds to your phone through TestFlight or Google Play testing tracks. Use them for real tasks and share what needs changing.
- 05
Launch
We handle store listings, submission and review under your own developer accounts. The first release also needs analytics and crash reporting, so you can see screen use, drop-off and device crashes.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Bring these details to the conversation.
- Developer accountsRegister Apple and Google accounts in your company’s name; organisation verification needs a D-U-N-S number.
- Google Play testingCheck the closed-test requirement if you have a new personal developer account.
- Existing systemsList your website, CRM, booking software and payment provider, their APIs and who holds admin access.
- Privacy policyHave a policy that matches the data your app collects, for the listing and the app.
- Demo accessIf the app has a login, prepare for a working demo account and live backend at submission.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and scope of app development
The work changes with the flows, systems and screens your app needs.
User roles
Customers, drivers and staff each need their own screens and permissions, even when they share a backend.
Live features
Tracking, chat and presence need persistent connections and more backend work than screens that load data on request.
Interface requirements
Custom animation, additional languages, right-to-left scripts and tablet layouts add design and testing across screens.
Existing systems
A backend with a documented API reduces the build; a new backend and admin panel add substantial work.

How much does it cost to have an app developed?
There is no fixed price. The scope changes with the customer flows, the backend and admin panel, and payment or subscription features. We send a free quote once the scope is agreed. An admin panel, for example, needs its own tools for tasks such as looking up customers, issuing refunds and blocking abusive accounts.
How do I choose an app development company?
Ask how the team will connect the app to your website and how it will handle account deletion. We build a shared backend for the app, website and admin tools. For an app that creates accounts, Apple and Google Play also require an in-app deletion path; Google Play requires a web request link as well.
What is included in the app build?
We set up notification sending, recipient rules and in-app controls for notification categories. Plan the permission request around a useful moment, such as after an order. Also consider what people can do before signing up: Apple asks apps without significant account-based features to allow use without a login.
Will I own the app code?
Yes. You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. Keep a record of those assets and discuss access with us when you agree the scope, so the people responsible for your product know what they need to manage it after launch.
What support does the app need after launch?
Plan for bug fixes, platform updates and further features. Google Play requires apps and updates to target a recent Android API level, so regular maintenance releases need to be part of the plan. Review retention, task drop-off and crash-free rate to see how people are using each release.
