Choosing
Should you build a cross-platform or native app?
A cross-platform app is a practical choice when your main tasks involve accounts, bookings, payments, forms or content. React Native shares most code between iOS and Android and uses each platform’s own interface components. Web developers can contribute, and some logic can be shared with a React website.
Flutter also shares code across platforms, but draws its own interface. It suits a heavily branded app where you want screens to look identical and are prepared to work in Dart. Native development in Swift and Kotlin fits deep device features, heavy graphics or complex background work; the trade-off is maintaining separate codebases.
A progressive web app is another option for a staff tool. It skips store review, but needs packaging to appear in app stores. On an iPhone, it can ask for notification permission only after someone adds it to their Home Screen. We generally use React Native, and go native when deep device features call for it.
Local
What organisations in Ajmer may need from an app
Ajmer is the administrative headquarters for its district and division. An organisation coordinating inspections could use mobile forms, photos, signatures and job locations, with records syncing back to the office when a connection returns.
Mayo College is a prominent college in Ajmer. An education organisation managing appointments could use booking, reminders and a staff view of the day’s schedule, so people arranging meetings have a clear route through the app.
Ajmer also hosts a regional CBSE office. An organisation whose users already return frequently to a web platform could add an app that uses the same accounts and data, giving those users a mobile route to familiar information.
Rules
Payment choices for an app in India
If you want customers to pay through UPI, we set up the checkout integration with an authorised payment aggregator such as Razorpay or Cashfree. UPI supports payments from people to merchants. The products you sell also shape the checkout: Google Play requires its billing system for digital goods and subscriptions sold in the app, while physical goods and services must use another payment route. We configure the payment flow to match that distinction.
How it runs
How app development runs with us
We are a studio in India and work with clients remotely through video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. You can review the work from your own location and keep decisions visible as the project progresses.

Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. Bring the task you want people to complete first.
- 02
Design
Put the clickable prototype in front of customers or staff. Their feedback lets us change screens before the build, when changes cost less.
- 03
Build and test
We share test builds for your own phone through TestFlight or Google Play testing tracks, so you can give feedback from real use.
- 04
Prepare for review
If the app has a login, provide a working demo account and keep the backend live. Leave room in the launch plan for fixes and resubmission.
- 05
Submit
We handle the store listings, submission and review under your own developer accounts. You retain control of those accounts.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
A few practical details will make the first conversation more useful.
- List the tasks users must complete in the first release, in the order they would do them.
- Note the website, CRM, booking system, payment provider or other systems involved, their APIs and who holds admin access.
- Start registering your Apple and Google developer accounts in the company’s name; organisation verification needs a D-U-N-S number.
- Prepare a privacy policy matching the data the app collects. Apple requires a link in the listing and inside the app.
- Consider which useful tasks people could complete before signing up, particularly if the app has no significant account-based features.
Cost & time
What affects app development cost and time
The scope determines how much design, integration and testing work the app needs.
Integrations
A payment gateway, booking system or scanner needs setup, testing and a way to handle failures.
Offline work
Showing previously loaded data is modest work; offline editing and later sync need conflict handling.
Interface
Custom animation, additional languages and tablet layouts add design and testing across screens.
User content
If people post content, we build filtering, reporting and blocking tools, and include contact details to meet Apple’s requirements.
Questions
Asked by businesses in Ajmer
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to develop an app?
There is no fixed price. The main drivers include how many user types need their own screens and permissions, and whether features such as live tracking or chat need persistent connections. Agreeing the scope gives us the detail needed to prepare a quote.
How do I choose an app development company?
Ask how the team will give people a reason to use the app and how it will handle the features you need. Apple expects more than a website wrapped in an app shell. Ask to see how the proposed screens will make the main task useful on a phone.
What account features should be included?
If people can create an account, plan the deletion flow as part of the build. Apple requires people to be able to start deleting their account inside the app. Google Play also requires an in-app route to delete the account and associated data, plus a web link for deletion requests.
Who owns the app code and can it connect to my website?
You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. We can also build a shared backend for your app, website and admin tools. That gives you a common place for accounts and data while your staff use the admin tools to manage the service.
What support does an app need after launch?
Plan for bug fixes, operating system updates and new features after release. Google Play also requires apps and updates to target a recent Android API level. We provide ongoing support, and you can track retention, task drop-off and the crash-free rate to see how releases affect use.
