UI UX design agency for Saudi Arabia
You get mapped user flows, agreed screen structures and reusable components for your product. At MSH Technologies, we are a web, app and AI studio in India working with clients in Saudi Arabia. We start with how your customers use the product, then work with you on the screens and components your developers need.

What’s included in UI/UX design
Research & flows
User journeys and flows mapped from how your customers actually use the product.
Wireframes
Page and screen structure agreed before any visual design.
Visual design
Screens for desktop and mobile in your brand, ready for development.
Design system
Reusable components and styles so new screens stay consistent.
Prototype
A clickable prototype to test with users before you build.
Developer handover
Specs, assets and support while the design is built.
Tools we use: Figma, FigJam, Design tokens, Tailwind CSS.
Choosing
Should you redesign the whole product or start smaller?
Start with an incremental redesign if you have a live product and your users would struggle with a sudden change. You can work through existing screens in stages, keeping familiar parts in place while you update others. A full redesign fits when the structure itself no longer matches how people use the product. That gives you more freedom to change the flow, but brings more of the product into the work at once.
For an early product, an established UI kit or open-source component library gives you a quicker starting point for screens and controls. A custom visual language takes more design work, but suits a product where the interface is part of what customers pay for. Think about how much visual distinction you need alongside how soon you need to make decisions about the product.
Your research choice changes the work too. Interviews and usability tests with real users suit a new product or a high-stakes flow such as checkout or onboarding. For an existing product on a tight schedule, analytics and support tickets offer a practical way to identify where to begin. If you have developers, design-only work can give them the files they need; design and build with one team gives you a single party responsible for the finished product.
Market
What do buyers in Saudi Arabia expect from an interface?
The answer starts with the task your product serves. For a SaaS product, users need to get through onboarding, find their way around the dashboard and understand their settings. A first version of a startup product needs flows that can be tested with users and shown to investors before development starts.
For an internal tool, the people using it may be staff working through the same tasks throughout the day. Review the steps and errors they encounter as part of the redesign. Health, finance and insurance products also need forms that make sensitive details clear and pass accessibility checks. Bring those different user tasks into the scope before choosing which screens to design.
Rules
What should your Saudi Arabia project handle?
Arabic is the language of Saudi Arabia. That changes the screen designs you need: we set up Arabic page and screen designs for desktop and mobile, with space for the labels and content your users need to read. Agree which pages and screens need Arabic at the start, so they are included in the design scope and reviewed alongside the rest of the product. Your feedback on the wording and screens becomes part of that review.
How it runs
How a UI UX design project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 2h30m ahead, so the shared board gives you a place to review work and leave feedback across the time difference. We agree the scope with you, then move through design, build, launch and care.
- 01
Discover
Share your business goals, user types, analytics, support complaints and competing products. We turn what you share into problems for the design work to address.
- 02
Map and review
We sketch flows and wireframes step by step. You check each against the way your customers and staff actually complete their tasks.
- 03
Prototype
We build a clickable prototype so the proposed flow can be tested before development starts. You can review the screens as a connected task.
- 04
Test
Invite customers or staff to try the prototype. Watching where they hesitate or get lost gives you evidence for the next design decisions.
- 05
Hand over
We provide specifications and assets, then support the people building the design. Your developers have a route for questions as the work progresses.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
These details help us map flows around how your customers use the product.
- Your main user types and their tasks, marking those linked to revenue or support calls.
- Analytics, session recordings, support tickets or sales call notes showing where people get stuck.
- The front-end framework, component library and any current back-end limits from your developers.
- Products your users already know, with notes on what works or frustrates them.
- Customers or staff willing to try a prototype and explain what confuses them.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline of UI UX design?
The scope determines how much design and review work the project needs.
Screens and roles
A marketing site has a handful of templates; a dashboard with several user roles has more screens to define and review.
Research
Interviews, surveys and usability tests add work, while giving you stronger evidence than a desk review alone.
Design system
Creating reusable components from scratch adds work up front and saves effort on screens designed afterwards.
Platforms and layouts
Separate web, iOS and Android designs, or desktop and mobile layouts, add screens and reviews.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with UI UX design
Polishing screens before agreeing flows
settle the task steps and structure first, so visual work does not need restructuring later.
Designing only the ideal path
include errors, empty states and edge cases so developers do not have to improvise them during the build.
Ignoring the development setup
check the chosen front-end framework and existing component library before designing controls that are difficult to build.
Walking away after handover
keep a route open for design questions during development, so decisions are not left to guesswork.

How much does UI UX design cost?
There is no fixed price. The scope of a clickable prototype, the need for a reusable design system and the support required during development all affect the work. Agree which of these you need before requesting a quote, so you can compare proposals against the same scope.
What does a UI UX design agency do?
It designs both how a product works and how its screens look. UX covers the order of tasks, screen structure, labels and error handling. UI covers the visual appearance of each screen. When discussing a project, describe the tasks people need to complete as well as the visual changes you want.
How should I choose a UI UX design agency?
Look at how the agency will hand work to your developers and answer questions during the build. Ask to see what its specifications, exported assets, named components and interaction notes include. That is especially useful if you already have a development team and need a design partner whose files it can build from directly.
Do I need wireframes or a clickable prototype?
Choose low-detail wireframes when you need to decide on screen structure early. Choose a clickable prototype when you want people to try a connected flow or you need to show it to investors before code is written. The choice follows the decision you need to make next.
What should accessible UI design include?
It should include readable text sizes, sufficient colour contrast, visible focus states, clear labels and tap targets large enough to use. Ask how those details will be checked in your screens. The W3C's WCAG provides accessibility success criteria at levels A, AA and AAA.
What should we review after the design launches?
Compare task completion, drop-off between steps, support tickets and conversion with the figures from before the change. Ask your support and sales teams what complaints they hear, then use that feedback to plan the next design round. Keep design files and the design system updated as the product changes.
