Choosing
Should you choose an audit or ongoing SEO?
A one-off audit and fix project suits you when the technical problems are clear and someone in your business can continue the work afterwards. You get a defined set of issues to address, but your own team needs to carry on improving pages and following up on search performance. An ongoing engagement fits when you need new content, local search work and regular reporting as well as fixes.
Your customers' searches should shape the work. Local SEO fits a service where people look for a provider nearby. Content-led SEO fits a longer buying process, where someone wants answers before contacting you. A service business can need both, with the effort weighted towards the way its customers search.
Before choosing a provider, ask for a clear account of what will change on your site, why those changes are proposed and how success will be measured. Be cautious if the methods are secretive or a provider promises first place in search results. Those questions also help you compare a limited project with an ongoing scope on the work each one actually includes.
Market
What buyers in Oman expect from search
A clinic, salon or repair firm needs a complete Business Profile, genuine reviews and a clear page for each service. Someone looking for help nearby needs to see what you offer before deciding to contact you.
An online shop needs structured category pages, original product descriptions and complete product data. Filter URLs need control too, so the catalogue remains manageable for search. For a business selling to other businesses, useful pages answer questions throughout a longer sales process, with case studies that a buyer can share internally.
English is widely spoken in business and higher education, though less so outside Muscat. When planning the site, consider where your customers are and which language helps them understand your offer.
Rules
Planning search pages for Oman
Arabic is the official language, so language choice belongs in the page plan. We plan Arabic service pages around the searches your buyers use and agree the topic each page needs to cover. That gives you a way to organise the offer for readers without making several pages compete for the same search.
The useful starting point is the customer's intent: are they ready to buy, comparing options or learning? The answer shapes which page should address that search and what information it needs to provide.
How it runs
How an SEO project runs with us
We are a studio in India and work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 1h30m ahead. Shared boards keep the work and your feedback visible across that difference.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. The process moves through design, build and launch, with your feedback used to refine designs before code is written.
- 02
Record the baseline
Before changes, we record organic traffic, enquiries, indexed pages and the searches where your site already appears. This gives you a reference for judging later progress.
- 03
Audit
Give us read access to Search Console first. Keep write access back during the audit while we inspect the information and identify what needs attention.
- 04
Implement
You review new and rewritten pages for accuracy, supply photos and examples, and answer questions about your work. Your knowledge gives the content its substance.
- 05
Report
We report monthly on rankings, traffic and enquiries using Search Console and analytics. You can see the measures alongside the work being carried out.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Gather the information you already use to manage your site and enquiries.
- AccessHave Search Console, analytics, website admin and DNS access ready; keep your business as the owner.
- PrioritiesList your services by importance, including those with spare capacity or better margins and those you want fewer enquiries for.
- CustomersNote the areas you actually serve and the words customers use when asking for your service.
- EvidenceGather project photos, case studies, reviews, credentials, memberships and short bios that pages can use.
- EnquiriesNote whether leads arrive by form, phone, WhatsApp or walk-in, and whether you record their source.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline of SEO services
The work already needed on your site affects the scope and how quickly other changes can begin.
Past problems
Bought links, thin pages, hacked content or a manual action need attention before growth work can start.
Platform access
A platform that blocks title edits, structured data or slow-template fixes creates extra work. Rebuilding can take less effort than working around those limits.
A previous migration
When traffic has fallen after a redesign, tracing redirects, lost pages and internal links adds investigative and repair work.
Relevant mentions
Supplier and partner pages, trade associations, press coverage, sponsorships and useful resources offer routes to links. Earning relevant mentions takes work.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with SEO services
Buying links
Avoid link schemes and links bought for ranking purposes. Google lists those practices as link spam.
Publishing empty AI pages
Do not generate large numbers of pages without adding something useful for readers. Google lists this as scaled content abuse.
Filtering reviews
Do not offer gifts or discounts for Google reviews, or ask only happy customers to leave one. Ask for genuine feedback without incentives.
Stuffing the profile name
Use the business name customers see on your website, invoices and signage. Leave unnecessary keywords and taglines out of the Business Profile name.

What does an SEO company do?
It improves the parts of your online presence that help customers find and understand your services through search. Our work includes Business Profile and citation work, location pages, page titles, headings and internal links. We also plan service pages and guides around the searches your buyers actually make.
How much does an SEO company cost?
There is no fixed price for the work. The scope is shaped by the size and technical health of your site, the strength of competitors chasing the same searches, and the amount of content needed. Improving existing pages and producing a new set of service pages and guides call for different levels of work.
Do I need a separate AI search package?
Google says no special markup, AI text files or extra optimisation is needed to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. Look closely at a separately sold package: ask what changes it includes and how those differ from work already proposed for your pages and site.
Who should own my Google Business Profile?
Your business should own the profile and add your SEO provider as a manager. A manager can edit the profile, while the owner retains control over user access and deletion. This gives the provider the access needed to work on the listing without handing over ownership.
How do I check progress after the work starts?
Look at enquiries and sales from organic search, with rankings and traffic as supporting signs. Search Console's Performance report shows clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by query and page. Keep an eye on Search Console for indexing errors, security issues, manual actions and sudden drops in clicks too.
Can you promise a search ranking?
No. Search changes are gradual and depend on competition, content and the site's history. Google says nobody can promise a top ranking. For local results, relevance, distance and how well known a business is are the main factors; there is no way to request or pay for a better local ranking.
