Choosing
Which approach to SEO do you need?
Start with how customers choose a provider. Local SEO suits a business whose customers search for someone nearby. Content-led SEO suits a business whose buyers research their options before making contact. You may need both, with more effort put into whichever reflects how your customers search. That choice affects the pages and profile work included in the scope.
A one-off audit and fix project suits a site with clear technical problems when your own team can carry the work forward. An ongoing engagement suits a business that needs new content, local work and regular reporting. The ongoing option asks for continued input on the business and its services; the audit gives your team a defined set of problems to address.
Your website platform also affects the decision. If it blocks title changes, structured data or fixes to slow templates, a rebuild may take less effort than working around those limits. Be cautious with separately sold AI-search packages too. Google says AI Overviews and AI Mode do not need special markup, AI text files or extra optimisation.
Local
What Jeddah businesses need from search
In Jeddah’s commercial centre, a clinic, salon or repair firm needs customers to find the right service and understand how to contact it. That calls for a complete Google Business Profile, genuine reviews and clear service pages, supported by citations and location pages for the places the business actually serves.
A business serving buyers in Jeddah’s industrial district may have a longer sales process. Its pages need to answer questions at each buying stage, while case studies give a prospective customer something useful to share with colleagues involved in the decision.
Jeddah also has public and private schools. A school assessing its search presence can use pages planned around the questions its prospective audience actually searches for, with each page giving readers a clear route to the information they need.
How it runs
How an SEO project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and a shared project board. IST is 2h30m ahead, so we use the board to keep decisions and next actions visible across the time difference.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. Tell us which services and customers you want the work to focus on.
- 02
Set a baseline
We record organic traffic, enquiries, indexed pages and existing search appearances before changes begin. Give us read access to Search Console for the audit; Google suggests holding back write access at that stage.
- 03
Audit
We examine what is holding the site back and put the findings in order of impact. You can see which issues need attention first and discuss the proposed work with us.
- 04
Plan pages
We group searches by intent, including people ready to buy, comparing options or learning. Each page gets one main topic so your pages do not compete for the same search.
- 05
Review progress
We report monthly on rankings, traffic and enquiries using Search Console and analytics. Use the report to discuss the enquiries you are receiving and the work ahead.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Bring what you have to hand so we can agree a useful scope.
- AccessHave Search Console, analytics, website admin and DNS details ready. Keep the business as owner; Search Console lets an owner add full or restricted users.
- PrioritiesList the services with the best margin or spare capacity, and those you want fewer enquiries for.
- Customers and placesNote the areas you actually serve and the words customers use when asking for your services.
- ProofGather project photos, case studies, reviews, credentials, memberships and short staff bios that pages could use.
- HistoryShare past SEO providers, bought links, previous domains, redesigns or migrations with their dates, and any traffic drops you noticed.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and time needed for SEO
The amount of investigation, fixing and content production changes the scope of the work.
Site size and health
A large site with duplicate pages, slow templates or indexing errors needs more investigation and fixes than a small, clean site.
Service areas and branches
Each adds profile work, citations and a location page with something specific to say.
Content
Improving existing pages is lighter work than planning and producing a new set of service pages and guides. Who writes them also affects the scope.
Past problems
Bought links, thin pages, hacked content or a manual action can need clearing up before growth work starts.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with SEO services
Buying links
Avoid purchased links and link schemes intended to influence rankings. Google lists buying or selling links for ranking purposes as link spam.
Publishing pages at scale
Do not generate large numbers of AI-written pages without adding something for readers. Google lists that practice as scaled content abuse.
Adding keywords to your profile name
Use the business name customers see on your website, invoices and signage. Google’s guidelines do not permit unnecessary information in the name.
Influencing reviews
Do not offer gifts or discounts for Google reviews or ask only happy customers to leave one. Google prohibits both incentives and selective solicitation.
Questions
Asked by businesses in Jeddah

What does an SEO company do?
An SEO company works on how your site appears in search and helps you assess the enquiries it brings. Search Console’s Performance report shows clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by query and page. Judge the work by organic enquiries and sales too; a report limited to selected keyword rankings leaves out useful evidence.
How much does an SEO company cost?
There is no fixed price. The scope depends on what an audit finds, how much local profile and location-page work is needed, and how many guides or service pages need planning. Once we have agreed the scope with you, we send a free quote so you can assess the proposed work.
Should I use paid search or SEO?
The choice depends on how you want to use your search budget and what you want to learn. Paid search provides visibility while the budget runs and stops when it ends; SEO builds gradually and keeps working. Search terms from your ad campaigns can also show which topics are worth targeting organically.
Who owns my Google Business Profile?
Your business should own the profile and add your SEO provider as a manager. A manager can edit the profile, but cannot add or remove users or delete it. Keep the owner role with your business so the profile remains under your control when the working arrangement changes.
Can you help if traffic fell after a redesign?
Yes. We can trace redirects, lost pages and internal links after a redesign or migration. Check Search Console as well: indexing errors, manual actions, security issues and sudden drops in clicks can appear there before anyone notices fewer enquiries. That information helps identify what needs investigation.
Can you promise a particular ranking?
No. Search changes are gradual and depend on competition, content and your site’s history. Google says nobody can promise a top ranking, so treat a promised position as a warning sign when comparing providers. Ask how they will report progress and what work they propose for your site instead.
