White label web development for agencies in United Arab Emirates

Your agency gets websites and apps built for your clients under your own name, with page designs, development and testing handled through an agreed delivery process. In the United Arab Emirates, that gives you a way to take on client work with an external development partner. We are MSH Technologies, a studio in India, and we work with you on the scope before delivery begins.

What you get

What’s included in outsourcing & white-label development

  • White-label delivery

Websites and apps built for your clients under your agency's name.

  • Dedicated developers

Developers who work your hours overlap, in your tools and stand-ups.

  • Project delivery

Fixed-scope projects delivered end to end with weekly demos.

  • Contracts & IP

NDA, code ownership and access handed to you.

  • Communication

One project lead, written updates and a call at an agreed overlap time.

Tools we use: Next.js, React, Node.js, WordPress, Shopify.

Choosing

Should you hire dedicated developers or outsource a project?

Choose a fixed-scope project when the requirements are stable and you can describe how you will accept the finished work. You agree the build up front; changes during delivery go through a change request. That gives you a defined assignment to manage, though a new requirement needs a decision about its effect on the agreed scope. A dedicated developer or team is a better fit for ongoing work with shifting priorities. You direct that work and need time available to manage it.

Your management capacity is part of the choice. Developers working inside your team suit a business with its own technical lead, while a managed team with its own lead suits you if you want less day-to-day management. A single project also lets you test the relationship before committing further; an ongoing arrangement gives the delivery team time to learn your standards, products and customers. We help you choose by learning about your business, audience and goals, then agreeing a scope with you.

Rules

What your project in the United Arab Emirates has to handle

If a site collects personal data, the UAE Personal Data Protection Law requires consent for processing except in listed cases. Where consent is required, we build consent capture into the relevant form and agree what information the project needs to handle. That decision belongs in the requirements before the form is built.

For a DIFC entity sending personal data to India, India is not on the DIFC list of jurisdictions with adequate data protection. We set up project access so personal data is not transferred to us until the applicable transfer arrangements are agreed, such as DIFC Standard Contractual Clauses where they apply.

How it runs

How a white-label project runs with us

We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 1h30m ahead. Between calls, written end-of-day notes cover progress, blockers and open questions, so you can reply at the start of your own day without waiting for the next meeting.

  1. 01

    Pilot

Start with a small paid piece, such as a landing page or feature. You can assess communication, code quality and timekeeping before committing a larger assignment.

  2. 02

    Kick-off

Agree the tools, overlap hours, update format, escalation contacts and definition of done in writing. You know where decisions and questions should go.

  3. 03

    Design and build

We prepare desktop and mobile designs for your feedback before coding, then build and test on real devices and browsers. You review the designs before work moves into code.

  4. 04

    Review

Check the work on a staging site against the acceptance criteria. Send feedback as tickets with screenshots or screen recordings, so each issue is clear to the people fixing it.

  5. 05

    Handover

We transfer code, credentials, documentation and deployment steps. You or another team then have what you need to carry the work forward.

Checklist

What to have ready before we talk

Gather the practical details that will let you explain the work and approve it.

  • AccountsPrepare client-owned accounts for code hosting, cloud hosting, domains and third-party services, so work starts inside them.
  • AccessPlan an account for each person, limited permissions and two-factor sign-in; remove access when someone leaves the project.
  • Client briefBring the end client’s requirements, approval steps and any subcontracting, confidentiality or data terms the work must respect.
  • ContractDecide what the terms need to say about confidentiality, intellectual property and code and access when the work ends.
  • AcceptanceRecord which browsers and devices you will check, what counts as finished and who signs it off.

Cost & time

What affects the cost and timeline

The estimate depends on how much work is defined and what the delivery team must resolve along the way.

  • Scope clarity

A well-specified build can be estimated more tightly. Open-ended work needs time-based billing or a discovery phase before the scope can be settled.

  • Existing systems and code

Integrations add work, as does taking over code from another team when its condition needs attention. Share what is already in place.

  • Total management effort

A lower rate is only part of the comparison. Poor estimates, rework and the time you spend managing delivery all affect the total effort.

  • Blockers

Agree that problems and slips are reported as soon as they are known. Early warnings give you a chance to address them before they become late surprises.

Avoid

Mistakes to avoid when outsourcing delivery

  • Leaving the brief vague

Write down the requirements and ask the delivery team to confirm them back. An outside team cannot ask a quick question in your corridor, so gaps can turn into wrong assumptions.

  • Skipping overlap hours

Agree a regular window when both sides are available. Without it, a question that needs an answer can hold up the work for a full day.

  • Assuming who does the work

Ask who will deliver it and whether any part goes to third parties. Put the answer in the contract before you hand over the assignment.

Page updated 5 November 2026

What is white label web development?

White-label development is delivery that follows your agency’s processes and brand. Alongside the build itself, agree the working details: your project templates, coding standards and client-facing tone. Where agreed, the development team can also work through your email domain or ticketing tools, so those arrangements need to be clear at the outset.

How much does white-label development cost?

There is no fixed price for every assignment. The estimate depends on the skills and seniority needed, as well as the quality bar: test coverage, accessibility, performance targets and the browsers and devices you need to support. We agree the scope before preparing a quote, so those requirements can be reflected in it.

Is outsourcing development a good idea?

It can be a good fit when you have a defined piece of work or need ongoing capacity and can agree the scope, standards and communication rules with the outside team. Review the engagement after each project. Look at code quality, estimate accuracy and communication before deciding to continue, expand or bring the work in-house.

What is included in the delivery?

You can choose dedicated developers who work an agreed overlap in your tools and stand-ups, or an end-to-end fixed-scope project with weekly demos. The right arrangement depends on the work you want to assign and how you plan to direct it. Agree those details before the assignment starts.

Who owns the code and accounts?

You own your domain, content and code, with no lock-in. We provide an NDA and hand code ownership and access to you. Agree the contract terms before work starts, so ownership and the access you receive are clear to everyone involved in the delivery.

Can you support the site after launch?

Yes. At launch we set up the domain, email, analytics and search, followed by ongoing support. Discuss the support you need as part of the engagement, so the launch setup and the work you expect after the site goes live are clear before delivery ends.
