App developers Tulsa businesses can work with
Get an app with screens designed for iPhone and Android, a backend for accounts and data, and push notifications for relevant updates. For your Tulsa business, we shape those pieces around what customers or staff need to do. MSH Technologies is a web, app and AI studio in India; we work with you directly as the app takes shape.

Choosing
Should you choose cross-platform, native or a web app?
React Native is our usual choice. It shares a codebase across iOS and Android and suits apps built around accounts, forms, bookings, payments or content. Where a feature needs closer access to a device, we add a native module. That gives you shared code while keeping room for features that need platform-specific work.
A fully native build suits an app centred on deep device features, heavy graphics or complex background work. You maintain separate Swift and Kotlin codebases, so there is more to build and maintain. Flutter is another cross-platform option: it uses Dart and draws its own interface, making it useful for a heavily customised design that should look the same on both platforms.
A progressive web app is worth considering for a staff tool. It skips store review, but it will not appear in the stores unless packaged for them. On an iPhone, it can ask to send notifications only after the user adds it to the Home Screen. Start with how people will use the product and where they need to find it.
Local
What Tulsa businesses need from an app
Tulsa has finance, aviation, telecommunications and technology businesses. For a company whose customers already use its web platform frequently, an app needs to work with their existing accounts and data. We can build a shared backend for the app, website and admin tools, so a customer does not have to start again in a separate system.
International oil- and gas-related companies also have headquarters in Tulsa. A product for customers or staff needs a plan for the work behind the phone screen: where accounts and data are stored, and how staff look up customers or edit content. An admin panel gives staff a place to handle those tasks without calling a developer.
Rules
What a mobile app project in the United States has to handle
For a state or local government app, the build needs to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA under the ADA Title II rule. We design and build the app screens against that standard, so accessibility is part of the screen work from the start.
Checkout also needs the right payment route. A US business can sign up with Stripe to accept payments; we set up a card gateway for physical goods or services used outside the app. Apple requires in-app purchase for digital content, features and subscriptions used inside the app.
How it runs
How an app project runs with us
We work remotely from India using video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. India is 10h30m (Eastern) to 13h30m (Pacific) ahead of the mainland US in winter, and 1 hour less during daylight saving time. The shared board gives you a place to leave feedback and see the work as it moves forward.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals, then agree the scope with you. Bring the main task you want someone to complete in the app.
- 02
Design
Put the clickable prototype in front of a few customers or staff and tell us where they get stuck. Changing a screen at this stage costs less than changing it after it is built.
- 03
Build and test
We send test builds to your phone through TestFlight on iPhone or the internal or closed testing tracks on Google Play. Use the app and share feedback from real use.
- 04
Submit
We handle the store listings, submission and review under your own developer accounts. You retain those accounts for the product.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
A little preparation gives the first discussion a useful shape.
- List the actions users need in the first release, in the order they will take them.
- Start registering Apple and Google developer accounts in your company’s name; organisation accounts need a D-U-N-S number.
- Check the closed-testing requirements if you plan to use a new personal Google Play developer account.
- Have a privacy policy that matches the data the app collects, ready to link inside the app and from its Apple listing.
- For an app with login, prepare a working demo account and a live backend for Apple’s submission review.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and time of app development
The scope determines how much design, backend work and testing the app needs.
User roles
Customers, drivers and staff each need their own screens and permissions, even when they share a backend.
Integrations
A payment gateway, booking system or scanner adds setup, testing and work to handle failures.
Live features
Tracking and chat need persistent connections and more backend work than screens that load data on request.
Screen variations
Custom animation, additional languages, right-to-left scripts and tablet layouts add design and testing across screens.
Questions
Asked by businesses in Tulsa
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to have an app developed?
There is no fixed price. A documented API on an existing backend can reduce the work; building a backend and admin panel from scratch adds substantial scope. Offline use is another driver: showing previously loaded data is a smaller task than allowing offline edits and resolving conflicts when records sync.
How should I choose an app development company?
Choose a team whose working process lets you speak to the people designing and building your app. We offer that direct contact. Ask how the proposed app will give users more than a repackaged website: an app shell around an existing site risks rejection and gives people little reason to install it.
What is included beyond the app screens?
Plan for notification settings, analytics and crash reporting alongside the screens. Push notifications need a sending service, rules for who receives each message and controls for switching categories off. Analytics and crash reporting show which screens people use, where they stop and which devices experience crashes.
Will I own the app after it is built?
You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. Keep developer accounts, signing access and code repositories in your business’s name as well. Holding those in an agency’s or freelancer’s name makes the app harder to move if you later decide to change who maintains it.
What happens after the app launches?
We provide ongoing support for bug fixes, updates for new iOS and Android versions, and new features. For a React Native app, an over-the-air tool can deliver some JavaScript and content fixes without a store build; native code changes and new permissions still need a store release.
