API integration services in the United Arab Emirates
Connect the systems behind your orders, customer records and accounts with API integration services built around your workflow. We set up connections between CRM, accounting and marketplace tools, and build scheduled or real-time data syncs with error handling. In the United Arab Emirates, you work directly with MSH Technologies, a web, app and AI studio in India, from the initial scope through to the build.

Choosing
Should you use a connector or build an integration?
Start by checking for an official connector. If it covers the flow you need, you avoid the work of building a custom connection. Look at the records it handles and the control it gives you over the flow before deciding; a connector that covers the common case still needs to fit the way your team uses the systems.
A one-way sync is simpler and safer when one system needs to pass information to another. Two-way sync gives both systems a role in updating records, but needs rules for resolving changes made on both sides. For timing, webhooks keep records current as changes happen, while scheduled batches suit reports and overnight updates. Webhooks also need a reachable endpoint and handling for duplicate events.
When a system has no API, exports or email can often provide a route for moving information. We start by learning your business and goals, then agree the scope with you so the choice fits the work your team needs to do.
Market
What buyers in the United Arab Emirates expect
For an online shop, the integration work reaches beyond checkout: stock, invoices and tracking need to stay aligned across the store, inventory, accounting and courier systems. Finance teams also need gateway and bank data matched to invoices, so agree which records need to flow before selecting a payment connection.
Aani supports merchant payments by QR code, and Jaywan can be used for online and in-store payments. Stripe is also available for businesses to sign up in the country. We set up payment gateway integrations and check the selected gateway’s support for the payment methods you want to offer before settling the checkout flow.
Rules
What your integration needs to handle in the United Arab Emirates
E-invoicing uses a Peppol-based model in which accredited service providers exchange invoices in PINT-AE format and report tax data. Consumer supplies to natural persons not in business are outside its scope. For an applicable invoice flow, we set up the mapping from your accounting records to the required format and the connection with your selected accredited provider.
Personal data flows need to reflect the UAE Personal Data Protection Law’s consent requirements and listed exceptions, as well as its requirements for cross-border transfers. We agree which personal data the integration needs to process and where it goes, then set up consent capture where required and configure the data flow around those decisions.
How it runs
How an API integration project runs with us
We work remotely over video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. India time is 1h30m ahead, so we use the shared board to keep decisions and work visible between conversations.
- 01
Discover
We learn how your business works and agree the scope with you. You show us the systems involved and the outcome your team needs from the connection.
- 02
Audit access
We review each system’s API documentation, plan limits, test environment and access. You help us reach the people who can answer questions about those systems.
- 03
Plan the flow
We map fields such as names, IDs, units and tax codes, including records found in only one system. We also decide which changes trigger a webhook, a scheduled job or a fetch when a screen needs data.
- 04
Build and test
We work against sandbox accounts and test cases such as refunds, partial shipments and merged customers. You can review the cases your team recognises before live data is touched.
- 05
Go live
Where historical records need to move, we start with a backfill and then switch to live sync. We watch monitoring closely at first so the people responsible for the systems can see how the flow is behaving.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Bring what you have, along with the people who understand the systems and the work currently done by hand.
- AccessAdmin access or API credentials under a business-owned service account, plus sandbox accounts where available.
- ExamplesSample records and the awkward cases your team currently handles by hand.
- ContactsThe owner of each system and vendor support contacts for limits or permission questions.
- AlertsThe person who should hear about a failed sync and how quickly they need to act.
- CredentialsAn owner beyond a single employee, with a plan for secure storage and renewal before keys or tokens expire.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline of API integrations
The work depends on the systems, the data already held in them and the connection design you choose.
Connection design
Direct links can work for a few systems; as the number grows, a central integration service can avoid a tangle of point-to-point links, with its own build work.
Historical data
A large backfill adds work to move existing records and check that totals match on both sides.
API limits
Request limits and paged lists require the sync to pace its requests and resume cleanly, adding handling to the build.
Card data
Passing card data through your own servers adds compliance work. A gateway’s hosted payment page or embedded fields keep it off those servers and reduce PCI DSS obligations.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with API integrations
Unclear ownership of data
Decide which system is the source of truth for each field. Without that decision, a two-way sync can overwrite a good record with an older copy.
Personal logins for credentials
Use business-owned service accounts so an integration does not stop working when an employee leaves.
Failures without alerts
Name someone to act when a sync fails; otherwise missing orders or invoices can go unnoticed.
Testing only the expected path
Include blank fields, unusual characters, duplicates and cancelled orders when checking mappings against real cases.

Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does an API integration cost?
There is no fixed price. The main drivers are the number of systems and direction of each flow, the volume and timing of updates, and the complexity of transformations such as currency conversion or matching records without a common ID. We send a free quote once the scope is agreed.
Can you connect the systems we already use?
We can integrate systems that have an API, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, QuickBooks, Shopify and WhatsApp. The useful starting point is the specific flow you need: for example, which customer record should reach which system. We review the available access and the system’s API as part of planning the work.
Can you build an API for our customers or partners?
Yes. We build custom REST and webhook APIs for apps, partners and internal tools. For partners who need to use an API, we provide clear documentation and test credentials. That gives their developers a way to work with the API while preparing their own connection.
Who owns the integration code?
You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. For an integration, that means the code belongs to you after the work, so ownership stays with your business. Keep that alongside the records of the systems and credentials involved in running the connection.
What support does an integration need after launch?
It needs monitoring and periodic checks. We add logging, retries and alerts so failures are flagged and handled, and a dashboard can show sync counts and failures to a named person who acts on alerts. Vendors also change APIs, require new fields and retire versions, so their change notices need review.
Can you connect WhatsApp notifications?
Yes. We set up WhatsApp Business API, SMS and email notifications. For WhatsApp, the message flow needs to account for the 24-hour window after a customer’s last message or call: free-form messages can be sent within that window, while messages outside it must use templates.
