Choosing
Should you choose an audit or ongoing SEO?
A one-off audit and fix project suits a site with clear technical problems when you have an in-house team ready to carry the work forward. You get a defined piece of work to act on, while your team takes responsibility for what follows. An ongoing engagement fits when you need service pages, local work and regular reporting as part of the scope. It asks for a continuing commitment from your business, including input on what customers need to know.
Your website platform affects the choice. If your team cannot edit page titles, add structured data or fix slow templates, rebuilding the site can take less effort than working around those limits. Check those controls before commissioning a long list of content changes that your platform cannot support.
Paid search is another option. It gives you visibility while the budget runs, and the search terms from campaigns can help identify organic topics. SEO builds gradually and keeps working. When comparing providers, ask exactly what they will change, why they recommend it and how they will measure success. Be cautious of secretive methods or a promise of first place.
Market
What buyers in Qatar expect
The detail a buyer needs depends on what you sell. A clinic, salon, trade or repair business needs a complete Google Business Profile, genuine reviews and a clear page for each service. That gives someone searching for a specific service a useful place to start.
A buyer considering an accountant, consultant or law practice often researches before calling. Named people, evidence of past work and a clear account of your expertise help them assess the firm. B2B buyers also need answers they can use throughout a longer buying process, including case studies they can share internally.
Rules
How language affects your SEO pages in Qatar
Arabic is the official language, while English is commonly used in commerce. That gives you a practical language choice for the people you want to reach. We set up Arabic and English service pages when both audiences need them, planning the content around the terms those buyers search for. You review the descriptions of your services for accuracy, so each page gives readers a clear account of what you offer.
How it runs
How an SEO project runs with us
At MSH Technologies, we work remotely from India using video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. India time is 2h30m ahead. We keep decisions and tasks on the shared board so you can review them without waiting for a call.

We learn about your business, customers and goals, then agree the scope with you. Tell us which services and enquiries you want the work to support.
- 02

Give us read access to Search Console first. Google suggests holding back write access at this stage, so we can examine the site before changes are made.
- 03
Fix
We address speed, indexing, redirects and crawl problems in the site’s code alongside content and local work. You can see which changes are being made.
- 04
Review
You check new and rewritten pages for accuracy, supply photos and examples, and answer the questions that need your business’s expertise. Your input gives the content substance.
- 05
Report
We report monthly on rankings, traffic and enquiries using Search Console and analytics. You can use the report to discuss what the work is showing and where to focus next.

Cost & time
What affects the cost and time of SEO?
The scope and the condition of your site shape how much work is needed.
Competition
The number and strength of businesses pursuing the same searches affect the content and reputation-building work needed.
Service areas and branches
Each adds profile and citation work, as well as a location page with something specific to say.
Content
Improving existing pages is lighter than planning and producing a new set of service pages and guides. Who writes them also affects the work.
Past problems
Bought links, thin pages, hacked content or a manual action need attention before growth work can start.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with SEO
Buying links
Avoid buying links for ranking purposes or joining link schemes. Google lists buying or selling links for that purpose as link spam.
Duplicating location pages
Do not create near-identical town pages that swap only the place name and funnel users to one page. Google classes this pattern as doorway abuse.
Steering reviews
Do not offer gifts or discounts for Google reviews or ask only happy customers to leave one. Both practices are prohibited by Google’s policies.
Padding your profile name
Use the business name customers see on your website, invoices and signage. Google’s guidelines do not permit unnecessary information in the name.

What does an SEO company do?
An SEO company works on how customers find and assess your business through search. Local work includes your Google Business Profile, citations and pages for the places you serve. It can also help you identify relevant mentions through supplier or partner pages, trade associations and useful resources, instead of chasing unrelated directory listings.
How much does an SEO company cost?
There is no fixed price. The work changes with the technical fixes your site needs, the service pages and guides in scope, and who will provide the material for those pages. Once we have agreed the scope with you, we send a free quote for the work.
Do I need a separate AI-search package?
Google says you do not need special markup, AI text files or extra optimisation to appear in AI Overviews or AI Mode. Look closely at a separately sold package and ask what work it actually includes. A clear description of the proposed changes helps you judge what you would be paying for.
Who owns the website and Google Business Profile?
You own your domain, content and code, with no lock-in. Your business should also own its Google Business Profile and add the provider as a manager. A manager can edit the profile but cannot add or remove users or delete it, leaving those controls with the owner.
How should I judge the results?
Look at enquiries and sales from organic search, with rankings and traffic as supporting signs. Search Console’s Performance report shows clicks, impressions, click-through rate and average position by query and page. A report limited to rankings for hand-picked keywords leaves out too much of what is happening.
How soon will SEO results appear?
Expect gradual change; the pace depends on competition, content and your site’s history. No one can promise a top ranking, so treat a promised position as a warning sign. Keep checking Search Console after changes: it can show indexing errors, security issues and sudden drops in clicks.
