API integration services in India
You get APIs and integrations that connect the software your business uses, with REST and webhook APIs for your apps or partners, connections to accounting and CRM systems, and WhatsApp or SMS notifications. You can discuss the work directly with the people building it. We agree the scope with you first, so the connections fit how your business in India actually handles its data.

Choosing
Should you use a connector or build an integration?
Check for an official connector first. An existing integration may cover the connection you need without custom code. Where you need a custom connection, direct links work well when only a few systems are involved. As you add systems, a central integration service can make the connections easier to manage than a growing network of links between individual products.
Then decide how information should travel. A one-way sync is simpler and safer. A two-way sync needs rules for resolving a record changed in both systems. Webhooks keep data current, but need a reachable endpoint and a way to handle duplicate events; scheduled batches are simpler and suit reporting or overnight updates.
A missing API does not necessarily stop the work: we can often use an export or email instead. We handle design, development and launch in the same team, so you can discuss the choice with the people responsible for the build.
Market
What buyers in India need from connected systems
Online shops need stock, invoices and tracking to stay aligned across their store, inventory, accounting and courier systems. Service businesses need bookings and payments connected to WhatsApp or SMS reminders, so appointments can be confirmed without staff sending every message by hand.
UPI supports person-to-merchant payments in India. We integrate payment gateways such as Razorpay, Stripe and PayPal; if you accept UPI, check what your chosen gateway exposes through its API. Agree where payment status is authoritative before connecting it to another system, so the integration has a clear source for that field.
Rules
What an integration project in India has to handle
If your business falls within GST e-invoicing requirements, invoice fields need to match across the systems involved. We map differences in IDs, formats and tax codes, including what happens when a record exists in only one system, before setting up the flow.
Some businesses also have a deadline for reporting e-invoices to the Invoice Registration Portal. For an applicable invoice flow, we set up scheduled data sync with error handling, logs and alerts, so your team can see a failed transfer and act on it.
How it runs
How an API integration project runs with us
We work remotely with clients in other cities and countries using video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. You can review the scope and raise questions without travelling to meet us.
- 01
Discover
We learn about your business, audience and goals. You show us the work the integration needs to support, and we agree the scope together.
- 02
Audit
We review each system’s API documentation, plan limits, test environment and access. You help identify the accounts and people who can provide the access needed.
- 03
Agree the mapping
We document the fields, rules and edge cases. The people who own each system review and sign off the mapping before the build proceeds.
- 04
Choose the triggers
We agree when data needs to move. Some information can be fetched only when someone opens a screen, instead of being kept in a continuous sync.
- 05
Build and test
We build against sandbox accounts and test awkward cases such as refunds, partial shipments and merged customers. You help check that those cases reflect the work your team handles before live data is touched.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Bring what you have available; it will help us establish the scope and identify access gaps.
- List the systems and their plans or editions, including whether API access is included.
- Identify admin access or API credentials under business-owned service accounts, plus sandbox accounts where available.
- Collect sample records and examples of awkward cases your team currently handles by hand.
- Decide who should receive a failed-sync alert and how quickly someone needs to act.
- Identify an owner for API keys or OAuth tokens, and plan for secure storage and renewal before expiry.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and time of API integrations
The scope of the connections and the quality of the available APIs shape the work.
Systems and direction
More systems add connections to manage, while a two-way flow needs more work than a one-way flow.
API quality
Clear documentation makes an API easier to work with; legacy systems, file drops and missing APIs add work.
Volume and timing
High-volume real-time sync needs queues and careful handling of request limits.
Data transformation
Tax, unit or currency conversion and records without a shared ID need matching rules.
Historical data
Moving a large existing data set also needs checks that totals match on both sides.
Avoid
Mistakes to avoid with API integrations
Unclear ownership of data
Agree which system holds the authoritative value, or a two-way sync can overwrite good information with stale data.
Assuming webhook delivery order
Events can arrive twice or out of order. Log processed event IDs and avoid building rules that depend on their delivery order.
Using a personal login
Credentials tied to an employee can stop working when they leave. Use service accounts owned by the business.
Missing a failed sync
Set up alerts and assign someone to act, so missing orders or invoices do not go unnoticed.
Questions
Asked by businesses in India
Page updated 5 November 2026
Which systems can you integrate?
We can integrate systems with an API, including Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, QuickBooks, Shopify and WhatsApp. The useful detail is the particular data you want to move between them. Bring the names of your products and describe the task your staff currently performs by hand, so we can discuss the connection you need.
What happens when an integration fails?
We add logging, retries and alerts so a failure is flagged and handled. The log provides a record to investigate, while the retry gives the failed operation another attempt. An alert brings the problem to someone’s attention instead of leaving the failed connection unnoticed.
Can you document an API for our partners?
Yes. We provide clear API documentation and test credentials for your partners. That gives them documentation to consult and credentials they can use to test their connection to your API. Discuss partner access as part of the scope so it is included in the work you agree with us.
Who owns the code after the project?
You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. The integration code remains yours as part of that arrangement. This gives you ownership of the material used for your product without making ownership conditional on continuing to use the same provider.
What support does an integration need after launch?
It needs monitoring and periodic checks against vendor changes. A dashboard can show sync counts and failures, with a named person responsible for acting on alerts. Vendors also add required fields and retire API versions, so their change notices need reviewing after the integration is live.
How do you handle API request limits and long lists?
The sync needs to pace its requests and resume cleanly. Third-party APIs limit requests within a period, and a long list of records can be returned in pages. The integration must handle those pages as it retrieves the data, rather than assuming the entire list arrives in a single response.
