Choosing
Should you choose WordPress, a custom site or a website builder?
WordPress suits a team that publishes often and wants to edit most of the site itself. It offers a large choice of plugins, though those components need regular updates to stay secure. A custom Next.js site is faster and more secure, and it can still include an editor. We recommend an approach after learning how your team works and who will maintain the content.
A hosted builder such as Wix, Squarespace or Webflow suits a small site that you want to run alone. The trade-off is less control over code and speed, and a move away from the builder later can mean rebuilding the site.
Design is a separate decision. An adapted template fits a simple site with a tight brief, provided it is reworked around your real content. A custom design fits a brand, audience or content that needs a more specific approach. For heavy editing alongside a custom front end, a headless setup gives you a separate editor, with more parts to host and maintain.
Local
What Mobile businesses need from a website
Mobile has a deep-water port. If you run a manufacturing or B2B supply business, your website needs capability or product pages, certifications and downloadable specifications that a prospective customer can review before asking for a quote. The quote form should collect enough detail for your team to respond, with an agreed recipient and a clear confirmation for the person submitting it.
Mobile’s industries include construction and services. A construction firm can show completed work through a portfolio with photos and project details, giving prospective clients something specific to assess. A professional services practice needs a page for each service and partner, so visitors can check expertise and credentials before they call.
Rules
What a US website needs to handle
For a business open to the public, US Department of Justice guidance says the ADA covers goods and services offered on the web. WCAG provides helpful guidance for the build. We use it when planning page structure and forms, so the site’s content and controls are considered during design and development.
If your site collects sign-ups for commercial email, we set up the sign-up and email template to include a valid physical postal address and a clear opt-out. You also need to honour opt-out requests within 10 business days.
How it runs
How the project runs with us
We work remotely through video calls, WhatsApp and shared project boards. IST is 10h30m (Eastern) to 13h30m (Pacific) ahead of the mainland US in winter, and 1 hour less during daylight saving time. The shared board gives us a place to leave feedback and keep work visible across the time difference.
- 01
Discover
Tell us who buys from you, why they choose you and what you want visitors to do. Those answers shape the sitemap and the work we agree to take on.
- 02
Plan the pages
We put wireframes before visual design. You review the content and its order while there is still room to change priorities.
- 03
Build
We develop in Next.js or use WordPress when your team needs full editing control. You can review the page designs for desktop and phone as they are refined.
- 04
Check
Before launch, proofread each page, submit every form and confirm who receives the messages. This catches small errors that visitors would otherwise see.
- 05
Launch
We set up your domain, email, analytics and Search Console, then walk your team through the handover.
Checklist
What to have ready before we talk
Content takes gathering, so decide early who will supply it.
- Your goal for the site and the person who handles each kind of enquiry.
- Services or products ranked by their importance to your business.
- Vector logo files, brand colours and fonts, or a note that these need creating.
- Real photos of your team, premises and completed work.
- Case studies, permitted client logos, testimonials, certifications and memberships in a folder.
- Login details for your domain, hosting, email, analytics and Search Console, or the name of whoever holds them.
Cost & time
What affects the cost and timeline
The work depends on what needs designing, building and preparing.
Page templates
Distinct layouts need separate design and build work; pages that share a template take less effort.
Features
Booking, calculators, member logins, multiple languages or a CRM connection add design, development and testing work.
Content
Copy and photos ready to publish keep the scope smaller; adding copywriting, photography or translation makes it bigger.
Brand assets
An existing logo and style guide reduce design work compared with deciding colours, typefaces and a logo during the project.

Questions
Asked by businesses in Mobile
Page updated 5 November 2026
How much does it cost to have a website built?
There is no fixed price. The scope of the page design, content editor and forms all affect the work needed. We learn about your business, audience and goals and agree the scope with you before preparing a quote, so it reflects the pages and functions you need.
Can you design the site around our existing brand?
Yes. We build on your existing logo, colours and fonts and prepare brand assets for the web where needed. Bring real headings and paragraphs into the design review too: content that is longer or shorter than placeholder text can change how a finished-looking layout works.
What is included in the website build?
The build includes an editor, enquiry forms and search setup. We set up contact and quote forms to reach the right inbox, plus WhatsApp and click-to-call. The search setup covers page titles and descriptions, heading structure, an XML sitemap and structured data.
Will we own the website after launch?
Yes. You own the domain, content and code, with no lock-in. Agree internally who will update news, projects and job posts after launch, so the information visitors see continues to reflect the work your business is doing.
Can you support the site after launch?
Yes. Our launch and care process includes ongoing support after the site goes live. Use analytics to track form submissions, calls and WhatsApp clicks as conversions, and check which pages those enquiries started from. That gives you a practical way to review how the site is being used.
