MVP development in Jumeirah Lake Towers for startups

Get a production-ready web app that tests your startup idea with real users. For JLT (DMCC), we build the smallest useful set of features, including sign-up, payments and an admin area, and put analytics events and funnels in place so you can see what people do. We work with you to agree the scope around the behaviour you want to test.

  • Design

Clickable flows and screens before development starts.

Hosting, domain, email and monitoring set up.

  • Next version

A plan for version two based on what the first users show you.

Tools we use: Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, Stripe, Vercel.

Choosing

Should you start with a prototype, web app or mobile app?

Start with a clickable prototype when you need to find out whether people understand and want the idea. There is no code to build, so you can change the screens as you learn. A web app is a better fit when you need people to complete a real action: it is quick to change and does not need an app store review. Consider a mobile MVP when the core action depends on the camera, location or frequent notifications.

No-code tools such as Bubble, Glide or Softr offer another way to test demand. They take more effort to work with as custom logic or usage grows, and a later move to code can be harder. For a marketplace, you can also recruit suppliers personally at first and build software for the side whose behaviour you are less certain about. That keeps the early build focused on the part you need to learn from.

Local

What JLT businesses need from an MVP

JLT is a Dubai development, and Dubai’s economy centres on trade, tourism, aviation, financial services and real estate. If you manage an established business in one of those sectors and want to test a product line, a separate first version gives you a way to test it without disrupting your core business. Define the action users need to repeat, then make that sequence work from start to finish.

If your JLT consultancy serves organisations in Dubai Internet City or Dubai Media City, you might want to turn a repeated service into software. Client logins and payments give users a way into that workflow; a small admin area lets you approve users, correct records and handle refunds yourself.

Rules

What a UAE MVP needs to handle

When your app collects personal data, the UAE’s data protection rules affect how that information is processed and transferred across borders. We set up a consent step in sign-up where consent is required and account for transfer requirements in the way the app handles data. For payments, UAE businesses can sign up with Stripe. If accepting payment is part of your test, we set up the checkout around the payment flow in your agreed scope.

How it runs

How an MVP project runs with us

We are a web, app and AI studio in India, working remotely with you over video calls, WhatsApp and a shared project board. IST is 1h30m ahead; the board keeps decisions and work visible across that difference.

  1. 01

    Scope

We help you decide what the first version must include. You bring the idea and the outcome you want to test, and we agree what goes into the build.

  2. 02

    Design

We design clickable flows and screens before development starts. You review the proposed experience while it is still possible to discuss the screens without working through code.

  3. 03

    Find users

While we build, you line up people who have agreed to try the product and give honest feedback, so you have users ready to learn from.

  4. 04

    Learn

After launch, use analytics alongside short user interviews. The figures show where people stop, while conversations help you understand why they stopped.

  5. 05

    Plan the next version

We use what the first users show you to plan what comes next, keeping that decision tied to their behaviour.

Checklist

What to have ready before we talk

As a first-time founder, you can use the MVP to test your idea before committing savings or raising money.

  • Choose the result that would prove the idea, such as repeat use or paid conversions.
  • Sort features into must-have and later, and write a reason for each must-have.
  • Name the people who will try it and consider how you will reach more.
  • List what users do today, including spreadsheets, competitors and manual workarounds, and where those fall short.
  • Plan to watch what strangers do, especially if they return or pay.

Cost & time

What affects MVP cost and build time

Every feature added before launch delays learning and makes it harder to see which part users value.

  • User types

Each type needs its own flows; a marketplace with both sides is close to building separate products on a shared backend.

  • Payments

Subscriptions, split payouts and held funds add rules and testing compared with a one-off card payment.

  • Real-time features

Chat and live updates add work that is not obvious from the number of screens.

  • Design

Standard components take less work than a custom brand system with animation.

Questions

Asked by businesses in JLT (DMCC)

Page updated 5 November 2026

What does an MVP development company do?

We turn the idea into something people can use and learn from. Clickable screens help test whether people understand the concept before development; a production-ready MVP goes further, with real sign-up, real payments and data stored safely. That lets you observe what users actually do.

Should I charge users or offer a free beta?

Charge from the start when willingness to pay is the behaviour you need to test. A free beta can bring in more users, but it gives you weaker evidence that the product will sell. Choose the approach around the evidence you want from those first users.

What is included when the MVP launches?

We set up hosting, the domain, email and monitoring for launch. The code also needs care: it often becomes the product, so it should stay clean, documented and tested around the core loop. That gives you a clearer base for work after the first release.

Who owns the code and domain?

You own your code, content and domain, with no lock-in. That applies to the assets you use to run and develop the product: your domain remains yours, as do the content and code. You are not locked in to working with us.

What happens after the MVP has been tested?

Use the success criteria agreed before launch to decide whether to continue, change direction or stop. If you continue, the work can include repaying shortcuts, adding tests around the core loop and automating manual steps as volume grows. Those decisions follow the evidence from the test.
