The Personal Data Protection Law applies to personal data processed in the Kingdom and to data about its residents processed outside it. For an AI feature using customer records, we set up access controls and minimise the data sent to an external model API; agree provider settings and a logging policy before using customer data.

Transfers outside the Kingdom have conditions and exemptions under the law. That affects which data the feature sends abroad and where it goes. We set up the data flow to limit transferred personal data to what the task needs, with the transfer conditions addressed in your project decisions.

Prepare enough detail for the developer to begin useful work.
